Located between I-10 and I-35, it provides easy access to transport products North and South or East and West along these primary trade corridors.

Brian LeStourgeon, President, has 27 years’ experience in the Food Manufacturing and Processing industry. He has spent the last 10 years building and managing Blanco Creek Farms as a managing partner and CEO. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Jacy Castaneda, Administrative Manager, has been with Blanco Creek Farms since 2014, working in accounting and payroll before assuming her current position as Administrative Manager in 2016. She has over 25 years of accounting, payroll and management experience.

Jason Parnell, Director of Operations, has been with Blanco Creek Farms since 2018, working as a quality inspector and production supervisor before assuming his current position as Director of Operations in 2020. Prior to coming to Blanco Creek Farms, Jason served in various leadership and management roles with an international non-profit organization.

David Mueller, Director of Quality Assurance, has over 20 years’ experience in the Food Safety and Processing industry. Prior to Blanco Creek Farms he worked for a large regional Value-added processor as the Quality Assurance Manager. Initially being hired as a microbiologist to set up an in-house micro lab to oversee the food safety and quality system. He was instrumental in getting that facility GFSI accredited and becoming one of the few fresh-cut processors to receive accreditation in food safety in the early days of GFSI.

Deron LeStourgeon, Director of Business Development, is a Sales and Marketing professional with 36 years of fortune-500 experience in the healthcare industry. He brings a broad business and product development expertise to Blanco Creek Farms and is a BCF Ownership Partner. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Bio-engineering from Texas A&M University.
